intersections.
My formal training is in physics, particle physics, to be precise. I build detectors to measure particles from outer space that bombard the earth. Computing intersections and reconstructing trajectories to discover the laws of physics consumes much of my time; however, these computations can be for something more elegant and tactile.

I have been a builder for my whole life, first being taught by my father at a young age and continuing to grow my enjoyment for woodworking throughout my life. Arriving at a point in my life where I can put together my own shop, I have started exploring in greater detail furniture building and designing pieces.

With much of my life’s work in an abstract space, furniture is my outlet to interact with the world. I am starting this venture to explore my creativity and craftsmanship. I don’t know where this will lead, but I am excited about the adventure.
